1494 WIEGAND MEET GUEST CODE MODULE

Description

The Guest Code feature on MEET boards, available in MILO v2.10 and KIN v2.11 or higher, allows temporary access to be granted to specific users using a pre-provided PIN code.

This function is activated by the Guest Code Module Ref. 1494 and an external Access Control System that manages valid codes.

Operation

• The keypad on the panel becomes a Wiegand Keypad using the Guest Code Module Ref. 1494.
• Sends entered codes in Wiegand format to the external access control system.
• The module can be powered directly from the MILO/KIN board power supply.
• Connects to the RS-485 connector on the board.
