InkeyTime , the Plug&Play solution from Fermax, is the most convenient and simple system for time management. It is centralized in a terminal for managing and collecting employee data and time. All of this is achieved through the time tracking application installed on the terminal. The system allows punches to be exported to a spreadsheet, organizing them by day, week, or month. Thanks to its intuitive interface, all the terminal's activity is displayed graphically and chronologically, with the option to filter views by date and time, edit, and add punches. It also allows users to view recent punches in real time. User management is performed from the browser, allowing the assignment of departments, shifts, and schedules. It supports up to 50 employees and different access control systems for punches, such as fingerprint, proximity card or key fob, and numeric code. It also includes a front-facing camera for time recording. The system operates via a wired or Wi-Fi connection, making it an easy and convenient solution to install. It is accessible from smartphones or tablets.
